When he has these moments...he has to tell someone about them so he won't forget later and that is where I usually get a call from the road...</div><br /><div></div><br /><div>One day he had the "vision" to start a Yoga class at our hotel. He met a really cool guy that had just moved from Kentucky and he wanted for me to have a meeting with him and start a Yoga class at the hotel.</div><br /><div>So I did...I called Terry Thompson to come to the hotel and meet with me and find out what Terry was all about.</div><br /><div></div><br /><div>Terry comes in and not only smells like my favorite incense but has this "positive" energy that surrounds him. </div><br /><div></div><br /><div>Long story short...We now have 2 Yoga classes per week at our Hotel. </div><br /><div>Tuesday's at 6pm and Saturday's at 9am.</div><br /><div>I have never enjoyed a Yoga class so much!!! Every week he comes up with THE BEST mixes of music for his class. Terry now has a nice following of students and everyone is able to see the results of their Yoga classes.</div><br /><div></div><br /><div>Terry's expertise is Yoga Fusion</div><br /><div>This class is open to all levels of yogis from the beginner to the more advanced. Yoga Fusion blends old-world traditional yoga postures with contemporary music, and new-world upper-body strengthening and core work. The class is a 75 minute fun filled yoga extravaganza enhanced by the instructors' gentle, compassionate manner of teaching.</div><br /><div></div><br /><div>Here is a quote from Terry...<br />"My classes are about using your breath, the yoga postures and even the beat of the music as a way to explore, experience, exercise and enjoy your body, mind and spirit! It will be a full day concert on July 11, 2009 at The Agua Dulce Vineyards in Agua Dulce, California. <br />I introduced Felisa, my Sales Manager to Rob and they came up with a fabulous idea to have a Jazz night at our Hotel.<br />How much better could it get at the Courtyard Lounge than a $1 drink special and Jazz???<br />And even better to have Phyllis Battle performing LIVE for the entire month of April!!??<br />There are only 2 shows left, April 16 and April 23rd from 7pm to 9pm.
